HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE UP TO 2-4 DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY SHIP – EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. DURING THE HOLIDAYS, PROCESSING TIMES MAY TAKE UP TO 4-5 DAYS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR PURCHASE WITH THE SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT.

TRANSIT TIME TO UNITED STATES: 12 - 25 BUSINESS DAYS 
TRANSIT TIME TO INTERNATIONAL: 12 - 45 BUSINESS DAYS

THERE ARE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT ARE OUT OF CONTROL (NATURAL DISASTERS, HOLIDAYS, WEATHER, ETC) THAT MAY CAUSE SHIPPING POSTPONEMENTS. WHILE MOST PACKAGES WILL ARRIVE ON TIME, THERE MAY BE CIRCUMSTANCES AND DELAYS THAT OUR CARRIERS MAY EXPERIENCE. FOR THIS REASON, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DELIVERY TIME; DELIVERY ISSUE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

YES! EACH INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT MAY BE SHIPPED FROM DIFFERENT FULFILLMENT CENTERS ACROSS THE GLOBE AS OUR PRODUCT RESEARCH TEAM SPENDS TIME TO SOURCE FOR QUALITY YET AFFORDABLE PRODUCTS. THIS MEANS THAT IN CASE YOU ORDER A FEW PRODUCTS YOU MAY RECEIVE MULTIPLE TRACKING CODES. ANY MISSING ITEMS WILL BE RESHIPPED TO YOU, FREE OF CHARGE.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE/SOME OF THEM. WHY?

IF YOU ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS THEY MAY BE DISPATCHED SEPARATELY. SINCE WE SOURCE OUR PRODUCTS FROM MULTIPLE SUPPLIERS DIRECTLY, AND THUS PASS THE SAVINGS ON TO YOU, YOU MAY RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS IN SEPARATE PACKAGES, BUT REST ASSURED, THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY!

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE SEVERAL PACKAGES AS OUR SUPPLIERS ARE WORLDWIDE AND SOME OF OUR ITEMS ARE SHIPPING FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.


I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT'S GOING ON?

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER. KINDLY CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER TO SEE WHETHER YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT THERE. IF THERE IS STILL NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL, PLEASE EMAIL OUR SUPPORT TEAM AT info.bohemas@gmail.com

MAY I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER/SHIPPING ADDRESS?

WE USUALLY PROCESS ORDERS ON THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED. IF A CHANGE NEEDS TO BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US AT  info.bohemas@gmail.com ASAP AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE THAT CHANGE, BUT WE CANNOT MAKE ANY PROMISES. 

IF THE ITEM(S) HAS/HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED FROM OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER, WE CANNOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ORDER. IN THAT CASE, YOU CAN RETURN THE INCORRECT ITEM TO OUR CORPORATE OFFICES AND WE WILL SWAP IT FOR THE CORRECT ITEM.

 

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY? 
IF THERE’S SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER ( WRONG SHIRT, DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, ETC.), RETURN IT TO US UNWORN AND UNWASHED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY AND WE’LL BE HAPPY TO ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
